About the Role: We are building a transformative initiative to encourage sustainable habits — from reusing clothes to reducing plastic, saving energy, and beyond. We believe real change happens not from telling people what to do, but from understanding what drives them — and crafting irresistible ideas they want to be part of.

As a Creative Behavior Designer (Behavior Change), you'll act as the visionary mind that connects psychology, pop culture, design, and local beliefs into one coherent strategy — then brings it to life through campaigns, rituals, and community experiences.

Your Mission: To design and lead the creative direction of interventions that inspire behavior change in everyday life — grounded in insight, elevated by creativity, and measured through impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Insight & Strategy Development


• Identify key behavioral challenges, blockers, and emotional motivators.


• Translate research, fieldwork, and data into insight-driven creative briefs.


• Map user journeys and behavioral touchpoints to target habit shifts (e.g., donation, reuse, energy saving).


•  A/B test different design approaches to improve adoption and retention.

2. Creative


• Develop campaign concepts, slogans, and content formats that resonate deeply with target audiences


• Brainstorming with Graphic designers and teams.


• Shape the tone of voice and creative framework for all communications — digital, offline, and experiential.


• Design for behavior change that feels natural, not imposed.

3. Prototyping & Experimentation


• Co-create low-fi tests with creative and UX teams to trial ideas in real contexts.


• Use behavioral design tools (e.g., EAST, COM-B, Fogg Behavior Model) to guide iterations.

4. Collaboration & Alignment


• Collaborate with the data team to analyze behavior adoption and drop-off points.


• Iterate creative solutions based on feedback, barriers, and motivators observed in real life.


• Work closely with community engagement, content, data, and operations teams to align strategic intent with on-the-ground execution.


• Present creative strategies to internal stakeholders or external partners.

Qualifications and Experiences Required:


• Background in design thinking, psychology, behavioral economics, creative strategy, or related fields.


• Familiarity with sustainability or social change work.


• Strong ideation skills and ability to prototype quickly


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field — or fresh graduates are welcome if passionate, driven, and eager to learn fast.
