About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Product Onboarding Officer to join our team at This role is perfect for recent graduates or an entry level in tourism industry who are passionate about travel, digital content, and e-commerce. You will play a key role in bringing new tours, tickets, and travel experiences online while ensuring product information is engaging, accurate, and optimized for our customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Product Onboarding – Upload and set up new tours, tickets, and experiences on with accurate details
  2. Content Creation – Write clear and attractive product highlights, inclusions & exclusions, and terms & conditions.
  3. SEO Research – Conduct basic keyword research to improve product visibility and ranking.
  4. Infographic Design – Create simple infographics and visuals to make products more appealing using AI generative
  5. Collaboration – Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to maintain consistency and quality.
  6. Other Tasks – Support additional e-commerce and content-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience in tourism industry fro 1-2 year is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills in English and Thai
  • A details-oriented person
  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Passion for travel and e-commerce is highly preferred.
