Product Analyst Senior Officer

Product Data Analysis

o   Collect, clean, and analyze product-related data (user behavior, sales volume, sell-through, conversion rates, retention rates, etc.).

o   Identify product issues, risks, and opportunities through in-depth data insights.

o   Prepare detailed analysis reports that support strategic business decisions.

Product Performance Evaluation

o   Analyze product performance across all sales channels including:

o   Offline Stores

o  Pop-Up Events

o  E-Commerce Platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

o  Modern Trade & Channel Partners

o  Wholesale / Reseller Channels

o   Evaluate turnover rate, sell-through rate, GMV contribution, and SKU-level profitability.

o   Monitor product lifecycle and recommend actions for boosting growth or clearing slow-moving items.

Product List Management & Allocation Strategy

o   Maintain and organize the master product list, ensuring accuracy of SKU data, barcode information, pricing, and category grouping.

o   Plan and manage SKU allocation for each store, event, and online/offline channel based on demand forecasting, location profile, and target audience.

o   Track product movement and distribution efficiency to ensure the right products are in the right channels at the right time.

o   Conduct periodic inventory turnover analysis and provide recommendations for replenishment, redistribution, or markdown strategy

Product Selection Insights & Strategy Support

o   Study customer preferences, top-selling trends, and IP popularity to recommend product selection for new launches or new store openings.

o   Work closely with the Merchandising, Sourcing, and Operations teams to build a data-driven product selection strategy.

o   Analyze performance of each IP and category to guide future sourcing and product curation decisions.

Stock Planning & Cross-Team Collaboration

o   Work with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to execute decisions based on analysis findings.

o   Provide actionable insights that support forecasting, purchasing, and inventory controls.

o   Develop and refine stock planning models to reduce overstock, increase sell-through, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Industry & Competitor Analysis

o   Monitor anime, gaming, and pop-culture merchandise trends.

o   Analyze competitors' pricing strategies, assortment mix, and promotional activities.

o   Prepare competitive landscape reports with recommendations for Trendlink/VibeMax product strategy.

Data Visualization, BI, and Reporting

o   Build dashboards and automated BI reports (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau preferred).

o   Maintain weekly and monthly business performance reports for management review.

o   Optimize data presentation for clarity, decision-making efficiency, and cross-department usage.

Requirements:

o  Bachelor's degree or higher.

o  At least 3 years of experience Product Analysis .

o  Strong knowledge of Thai import regulations, customs clearance, and warehouse operations.

o  Strong analytical to optimize product performance .

o  Experience in anime, gaming, or pop culture merchandise analysis is a plus.
