Regional Marketing Commercialization

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute regional commercialization strategies to achieve target revenue across shopping mall asset products, including promotion areas, mall media, convention halls, and strategic partnerships
· Develop and implement brand and image enhancement strategies for events hosted within the shopping mall
· Develop and deliver large-scale commercial initiatives and flagship events to drive integrated revenue growth across all business units
· Drive and monitor marketing revenue performance through analysis of performance gaps, development of corrective actions, and identification of new business opportunities to improve sales team effectiveness
· Work closely with the Branch Marketing team to track performance and ensure that marketing execution meets defined targets and objectives
· Lead performance analysis and develop executive revenue reports that provide clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior management
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
· Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, commercial management, or media/event sales
· Demonstrated experience in account management and client relationship building
· Strong experience in campaign planning, commercialization, and sales performance tracking
· Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability
· Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
· Customer champion with excellent commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs
· Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
