Position overviewOur Sales team is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team.TRG International is a market leader in providing the right IT solutions and empowering customers to be free to focus on their core business. You will act as a liaison and a contact point for any issues and requests from the customer accounts assigned to your team.You love to work with people and try your best to accommodate every call for support. Thus, communication skills, patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset are critical elements to help you succeed in this role. What does a successful Sales Support Executive look like?Customer Care + SalesYou act as the initial point of contact for every incoming inquiry, feedback, and support request from the customers. Thus, as a customer-oriented person, you deliver the highest quality customer service and ensure every customer is accommodated and satisfied.Serve as the first line in the reception of customers' inquiries/ complaints and implementation of procedures to promptly solve/ transfer those inquiries to appropriate partiesAdvise the customers' queries/ requests/expressions of interest for products/ servicesMonitor and follow up with the service request tickets assigned to your teamPerform follow-up on and after the customer's inquiries/ demands are solved to ensure the satisfaction of customersRecord highlighted activities made to the customers in our CRM systemCoordinate with the Sales Manager and the Sales Operations team for customer care activitiesAssist the Sales Manager in finding new sales opportunities, negotiating with customers, and closing dealsSales AdminAcquire a strong understanding of the sales process and provide assistance where neededBe accountable for tracking data and making sure the account/deal/contract/other information of the assigned customers on our CRM system is up to dateAssist the Sales Manager in handling ad-hoc service/additional change requests from existing clients– directly work with the customers and consultant team to define the solution and scope of work for presenting offers/ quotesWork with the Sales Manager to assess new needs from the existing clients, where identifiedHandle paperwork: standard proposal, quotation, contract, acceptance protocol, liquidation, etc., as requested; coordinate with Sales Manager and Sales Operation team to review/negotiate contractual terms & conditions; and handle contract/document delivery with the customersStore & keep track of contracts and all relevant sales documentationConduct other administrative activities, e.g., prepare/update software and service pricing for the Sales Manager, book meeting room, set up external meetings, take MoM, run necessary reports, etc.C. What you'll need1-3 years of experience selling software and an understanding of selling IT projectsA Bachelor's degree is required; a background in technology or business-related fields is a plusGood command of English (IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL iBT 93/ TOEIC 800 or above)Fluent in the Thai languageAdvanced Excel skills with an understanding of data analysis and management, CRM applications (e.g., FreshSales, Salesforce), and Microsoft OfficeExperienced in working with different teams and departmentsExperienced and comfortable with documentationHave experience working and communicating with corporate customersAbility to handle work when the Sales Manager is absentAbility to understand high-level sales strategies, problem-solving, and executing efficient processesA goal-oriented individual who is also adaptable to rapid changes and actively seeks to solve problemsD.
