About The Role:

We're looking for a Sales Support & Client Relations to join our team and help expand our corporate well-being services. In this role, you'll support the sales team in managing B2B client accounts — from preparing proposals and coordinating with internal teams, to ensuring smooth and professional communication with our corporate partners.

You'll play a key role in understanding client needs, providing accurate information, and ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the sales process. This position is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong client relationships that make a positive impact in the workplace.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and create engaging proposal presentations that clearly communicate ideas and align with each client's needs.
  • Study and understand the company's Corporate Well-being Services, while staying up to date with related trends to suggest suitable concepts for different organizations.
  • Support the Sales Team in presenting services to target clients — providing information, answering inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, meeting materials, and reports for client presentations.
  • Coordinate and track the sales process — from initial contact and scheduling meetings to follow-ups — using CRM tools systematically.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (a degree in Tourism or a related field is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fast learner who adapts well in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Good command of both Thai and English, spoken and written.
