Reports to: Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Field Sales Executive to drive strategic growth initiatives in Thailand. This high-impact role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key enterprise accounts, and cultivating long-term client relationships across sectors including Asset Management, Wealth, Insurance, and Pension. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record in solution-based sales.
What You Will Get To Do:
New Business Development:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across software products, SaaS platforms, and BPO services.Client Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large Thailand enterprises.Strategic Relationship Management:
Foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders, including COOs, Heads of Operations, Product Teams, and Procurement.Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and account management frameworks to meet and exceed revenue targets.RFP/RFI Management:
Lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with bid management and solutioning teams.Solution Selling:
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present customized solutions aligned with client needs.Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Go-Check and HubSpot.Market Intelligence & Insight:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.Team Leadership:
Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture within the region.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in high-value solution sales, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
Proven expertise in Transfer Agency and the application of investment management knowledge to software solutions.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue quotas in a solution sales environment.
Strong understanding of financial markets and the Thailand regulatory landscape for Asset Managers.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing complex sales cycles independently.
Established network within the Thailand enterprise sector.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and collaborate across geographies.
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
