Role Overview

We are looking for an intern who is interested in procurement planning and would like to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, data analysis, and purchasing processes.

What you'll be doing

As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the Supply Chain, procurement planning function through data-driven insights and process improvements.

  • Help create and improve procurement-related reports
  • Create and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers
  • Assist with procurement documents and administrative tasks
  • Analyze data such as inventory, purchase orders, and material usage
  • Simplify complex reports to make them easier to understand and use

Basic requirements of our intern

  • Currently studying in Computer Science, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., IF, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT)
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Excel Query is a plus
  • Basic understanding of inventory, logistics, or procurement
  • Detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and solving problems
