Job Description

  • Planning:

·     Develop and implement annual event and sponsorship plans aligned with Krungsri's brand strategy and business direction.

·     Initiate event concepts and partnership proposals that strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.

·     Oversee project budgeting, timeline, and performance measurement to ensure effective and efficient resource utilization.

  • Managerial & Developing:

·     Lead and supervise the event & sponsorship team to achieve departmental goals and uphold brand standards.

·     Develop team members' capabilities in event management, creative thinking, and stakeholder collaboration.

·     Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and consistency of execution.

  • Consultancy:

·     Provide strategic consultation to internal business units on event and sponsorship initiatives that support marketing objectives.

·     Advise management on partnership evaluation, event opportunities, and brand alignment.

·     Serve as the subject matter expert in event planning, sponsorship negotiation, and ESG integration.

  • People Management:

·     Manage, coach, and evaluate performance of subordinates to ensure growth and accountability.

·     Encourage collaboration, creativity, and a high-performance culture within the team.

·     Ensure alignment of individual development plans with department and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of experience in event management, sponsorship, or marketing communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

  • Proven experience in handling large-scale corporate events, partnership development, and coordination with external agencies or vendor.
