Corporate Communication

Job Purpose:

• This role is responsible for leading high-impact CSR and ESG initiatives nationwide, aimed at strengthening AIA Thailand's reputation as a responsible corporate citizen. It involves designing and executing engagement programs that foster meaningful connections with communities, regulators, and key stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with the company's values and long-term sustainability goals.
• The role also oversees internal communications to ensure AIA employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's mission. This includes developing strategic content and campaigns that enhance employee experience, support leadership visibility, and reinforce a strong internal brand culture that drives advocacy from within.
• In addition, the role manages strategic special projects that elevate AIA's brand and stakeholder engagement. These include milestone celebrations, executive communications, and public-facing campaigns that require cross-functional coordination and high-level execution. The role ensures all special projects are aligned with corporate strategy and deliver measurable impact, while also supporting external communications to maintain a consistent and positive brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, initiate and implement CSR, ESG projects to enhance AIA's brand promise in helping people live healthier, longer and better lives.
• Effectively control budget and keep a good relationship with related CSR stakeholders, including third-party foundations.
• Lead and organize AIA's annual largest CSR event
• Manage the sponsorship requests by providing prompt responses and correspondences to related stakeholders.
• Review and make decision on requested sponsorship from external organizations/NGOs to ensure the dollar spent are maximized.
• Develop content / messages to communicate via various channels within the company e.g. AIA radio, elevator screen, email, Intranet, monthly e-newsletter, CEO messages, to drive for better understanding toward the same company's goals.
• Work as a team to deliver corporate functions, including CSR events and internal or special events to promote the Company's campaigns and staff engagement.

Qualifications:

• University graduate in communications or related field
• 3-5years working experiences
• English proficiency both written and spoken
• Interpersonal Skills
• Willing to work under pressure
• Able to work upcountry and long hours
• Problem Solving Skill
• Pleasant personality
