  • Coordinated with QC, Legal, and Sales teams nationwide to resolve product-related issues
  • Managed high-risk cases involving regulatory agencies, media, or legal action

Media Relations

  • Built and maintained strong relationships with media partners
  • Managed press communications and distributed corporate and brand news
  • Supported media inquiries and facilitated communication requests
  • Monitored media coverage and evaluated communication effectiveness

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Broad knowledge and strong functional skills with the ability to work independently according to professional standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Good command of English
