Job Description :

  1. Plan, manage, and supervise the production process to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  2. Inspect raw materials and finished products, and follow up on corrective actions when needed.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams (Purchasing, Warehouse, QC, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, and manage slow-moving or idle stock.
  5. Issue weekly orders for raw materials, fabrics, and finished goods in line with stock policies.
  6. Liaise with external suppliers regarding delivery schedules, and handle delays or issues.
  7. Maintain proper documentation for production orders, invoices, and payments.
  8. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the garment/apparel/fashion industry is required.
  • Solid understanding of garment production processes, fabric types, trims, and factory workflow.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage tight production timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tracking systems (ERP knowledge is a plus).
  • Good communication in Thai and English.

Job Description :

  1. Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers across multiple product categories, including fashion, accessories, and home décor.
  2. Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and production schedules.
  3. Manage supplier performance through KPIs such as quality, compliance, delivery reliability, and responsiveness.
  4. Support cost analysis, prepare cost sheets, and monitor global material trends to achieve margin objectives.
  5. Collaborate with production, planning, and finance teams to ensure accurate order scheduling, on-time delivery, and effective budget control.
  6. Partner with quality control teams to ensure all materials and products meet brand and regulatory standards.
  7. Research and recommend new materials, production technologies, and sustainable sourcing options to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in procurement or sourcing within fashion, accessories, home décor, or materials industries.
  • Proven success in vendor negotiation, supplier development, and cost optimization.
  • Experience managing overseas suppliers, particularly within Asia.
  • Strong knowledge of global sourcing strategies and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, procurement systems, and project management tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for supplier management and reporting.
  • Working days are Monday through Saturday, and our office hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 P.M.
