1. Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate resources efficiently and control budget to meet company policy.

  • Manage and control Occupational health & Safety systems, Environmental systems, Customer audit and others related to support all activities to achieve the company's targets.

  • Manage tasks of Safety & Environment (SE) Section following laws and regulations.

  • Actively manage the Pigeon's Principles Quality Management (PQM) and implement the PQM on daily operation.

2. Items of tasks and responsibilities

2.1 Plan and control activities with manpower for SE section to meet company policy, corporate KPI, and compliance with laws, regulations, and customer requirements.

2.2 Plan and control all activities of SE section: such as Thailand Safety Award, 5S, Pest Control, KIZEN, KYT, QCC, ESG, GHG inventory (ISO , RSPO, ISCC, FSC, AEO, Customer audit (Target, SCAN, Walmart, Disney,Inspectorio) and etc.

2.3 Manage issues on legal compliance of safety and environment, setting internal regulations, training, implementing, monitoring and updating through the work of Safety Officer and Environmental Officer

2.4 Corporate and support all sections/department for cross functional management to meet corporate KPI

2.5 Support MCR department manager to promote ESG activity throughout the organization.

2.6 Contact with the concerned outside agencies, government and private sectors and customers in Pigeon Group.

2.7 Promote awareness of customer requirements for the Safety & Environment side throughout the organization.

2.8 Report Department Manager on the performance of the "Safety and Environmental management system" and any need for improvement.

2.9 Control all budget of SE section efficiently.

2.10 Develop subordinates to grow up with the company career path.

2.11 Support the work of the Department manager to meet the company's policy and management direction.

2.12 Work as assigned.

3. Job Holder's Qualification

3.1 Bachelor's degree in Engineer or Science or related field.

3.2 At least 10 years' experience in Safety, Environmental.

3.3 Computer skill and English Communication skill

3.4 Management skill (Certificate or training course)

3.5 Safety mind or certificate (for management skill)
