Job Purpose :

To lead and manage workplace safety, health, and environmental operations in compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and international standards. The role ensures continuous improvement in SHE performance and promotes a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Planning

  • Develop, analyze, and implement SHE strategies, policies, and annual plans.

  • Establish preventive measures and propose improvements to reduce workplace risks.

  • Organizing

  • Manage SHE programs and activities in alignment with company strategies.

  • Provide training and awareness programs for all employees to enhance compliance and safe practices.

  • Monitoring

  • Oversee SHE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

  • Analyze incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
  • Monitor compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other SHE management systems.

  • Improving

  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness throughout the organization.

  • Implement and manage Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs.
  • Continuously drive improvements in SHE performance, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Safety, Health & Environment with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing ISO Occupational Health & Safety), ISO Environmental Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO Cosmetic GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice), and other relevant standards.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
