Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A safety officer has the primary responsibility of inspecting and creating a safe working environment to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases. They plan and implement safety measures, as well as provide guidance to employees. In addition, they must assess risks, prepare documentation, and ensure that the workplace complies with safety laws and standards

Responsibility:

  • Inspect and assess risks: Identify workplace hazards, analyze and evaluate risks, and ensure that work operations comply with relevant requirements.
  • Plan and establish safety measures: Develop, plan, and maintain strategies, work plans, and procedures to protect employees from hazards.
  • Provide guidance and training: Advise and educate employees on safety practices, conduct training sessions, and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Handle emergency incidents: Respond to workplace accidents, provide basic first aid, and manage emergency situations.
  • Maintain documentation: Keep records and documents related to accident inspections, training activities, and legal compliance.
  • Ensure legal compliance: Make sure all operations comply with applicable safety laws and regulations ,  Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standards

Job Requirements:

  • Male/Female.

  • Education: BACHELOR''S DEGREE (OCCUPATIANAL HEALTH & SAFETY)

  • Skills: Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems and handle emergency situations effectively.

  • Personality traits: Should be careful, observant, diligent, patient, and ready to work in various environments, including high-risk areas.
  • EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL FACTORY WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
  • Good in English communication.
