**Digital Marketing & Content Manager**

**Location: Bangkok
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum business management bachelor's degree
- Background in the beauty, skincare and cosmetics industry is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities,
- Excellent managerial skills,
- Superior knowledge of digital and media,
- Exceptional budgeting and finance skills,
- Strong leadership qualities,
- Excellent professional and soft skills,
- Excellent organizational and communication skills,
- Excellent in English in writing and speaking,
- Excellent knowledge of organization and process management
- Proven team builder and motivator with outstanding leadership skills
- Performance Marketing Experience a big plus

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute the Digital Marketing and Media strategies related to Content and Influencer marketing
- Design and oversee all aspects thereof
- Develop and monitor brand awareness and online reputation and feed key insights back to head of depts and respective teams
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies through the cultivation and analysis of insights
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices
- Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance
- Oversee and manage all projects affecting digital marketing and media activities on the respective market
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet business unit productivity and quality goals
- Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising and rewarding
- Track employee performance, recruit and oversee personnel to ensure adequate staffing, positive employee morale, and to meet expected productivity standards
- All other activities according to Supervisor's request in behalf of job position requirements
- Guide and secure relationships with content creators
- Work closely with the internal departments to fulfill the goal in building awareness and generating sales value
