**Service Partner Manager Thailand**

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

**Operational Excellence to ensure the success of our customers**

We as Service Delivery for DI Customer Service ensure the operational support of our customers over the whole Product Lifecyle with a world-wide network of experts and sites. Many Services are offered such as Repair, Filed Service, Retrofits, Data Driven Services, Remote Services, Technical Support.

To strengthen our service offerings, we are working closely with selected trusted Service partners to offer our customers best in class seamless solutions, exceeding customer expectations. Our Service Delivery Partner Managers have a passion to engage with a wide range of partners within our ecosystem, to support our customers journey in a holistic approach. The cooperation with Partners can be based on different Business Models - such as Partners acting as subcontractors or authorized Partners doing own Business. In a trustful collaboration in future, we want to develop/co-create further Business Models with Partners with the focus on mutual growth.

What part will you play?

You develop and manage our partnerships to create trustful relationships which ensure high quality Services for our customers and mutual grow within the Partner Ecosystem. These are your strategic and operational tasks:

- Definition of local Partner Strategy in alignment with regional Strategy, the customer structure / requirements and HQ.
- Definition of Partner Development Plans with clear targets to boost Business for Siemens and Partner - Focus is on Service Delivery and Getting Leads from Partners.
- Development of new Business Opportunities/Business Models with Partners e.g. common Service Contracts for customers, train partner to get Leads for Retrofits, certification for further Modules
- Partner Selection and scanning of potential partners in Thailand, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia, On-/Off-Boarding of Partners
- Leading contract negotiation with Partner including alignment on common Business Targets
- Technical enabling and provision of all relevant tools, process, and technical information to the Partner
- Organization of operational support of Partner and regular controlling of Partner KPIs
- Regular meetings with Partner to discuss development, measures in case of KPI deviation and operational issues
- In-Time Re-Certification of Partners including documentation in SieSales
- Keep Partner Master Data up to date in SieSales including all contacts. Review regularly if all certified contacts are still with the Partner Company.

- You are familiar with the DI CS portfolio and how services are delivered
- You have a good Technical and Operational Process Knowledge of the Service Line that should be covered by Partner (e.g. Repair, Field Service, Training, Service Logistics )
- You have a good knowledge of Sales Processes and Tools (e.g. SieSales)
- You show high social competence in dealing with internal customers, colleagues, and external Partners.
- You can work under pressure with high motivation and work in a structured and responsible manner.
- You are open-minded and have a flair for new business opportunities.
- You have experience in Sales and Business Development
- You have knowledge about local service companies and suppliers
- You are fluent in English and Thai
