**รายละเอียดงาน**
- Manage the field service operations while ensuring the profitability of the service business.
- Work closely with service personnel and provide guidance regarding goals and progress including completing annual performance reviews for each Field Service Engineer.
- Coordinate with the technical team to maintain development and delivery of service programs and training programs as needed by the Field.
- Management, direction and escalation of all service activities and personnel.
- Ensure that service level matched to customer expectation as well as providing technical assistance to other engineers assigned to the customer account.
- Ensure compliance of all reporting requirements (Installation Report ,PM Report ,Service reporting, regulatory compliance, etc.) for services team.
- Conduct meetings with customers to discuss service performance, customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Conduct meetings with Services team to discuss service performance, customer satisfaction and problem resolution in other to improvement of services level.
- Ensure sub
- contractors team delivery of all service, parts used and related expenses are executed in the most effective and economical method and to the terms of the contract including the manage sub-contractors team as well.
- Support the Sales Team in order to grow existing business. And developing relationships, working with the sales staff to generate new contracts and new proposals.
- Coordinate with the sales team on service delivery to customers on plan ( Installation ,PM, Service on site and consultation of new ordering of customer and guidance on services and presentations to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate with manage and approve field expenses/travel expenses in accordance with company policies
- Ensure timely and accurate with manage spare part uses according to Star Change data
- Must be able to work with back office team effectively as a environment of team work
- Make sure that speak and written communication and organizational of suitiable before/after both in office and customer site.
- Ensure manage Services Team effectively in Services Team Organization as following:

- Create the report/process table and tracking of the performance effectively:

- Installation Report, Services Report, PM Report, Customer Call Report, Pending call Report ,Completed call Report, Help Desk support Report, Spare part Report ( Part delivery, Return,Ordering) ,Customer complained Report, Expense Report, Customer Meeting Report ,Team meeting Report, Standby Report, Incident Report, HW and SW escalation Report to Product Owner, SLA Tracking Report, Customer Survey Report etc

- จบ ปวส ขึ้นไป
- ประสบณ์การ ดูแล แผนกบริการมาก่อน หรือ มีความ สามารถ ทำงานในตำแหน่งนี้ได้ หรือ เกี่ยวข้องการบริการลูกค้ามาก่อน
- บริหารความรู้เรื่องบริหาร ทีม ให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ Team Work
- สามารถมาทำงาน ที่ Office ของบริษัท ย่าน เขตบางนา
- มี่บุคลิกภาพ เป็นผู้นำ ทั้งในทีม ที่ทำงาน หรือ ลูกค้า
- สามารถใช้ ภาษา อังกฤษ พูดคุยกับชาวต่างชาติ ได้ ในบางครั้ง
- ทำงาน จ-ศ.
