Business Unit Assistant

PRTR is working with a Pharmaceutical company who are now in need of a Sales Assistant to join their team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Handling administrative work, preparation of documents, and monthly summary reports in the company's central system (PO, A&P).
- Handling data entry and update work in the system / Preparing documents and submitting FDA documents online / Process payment for documents that the FDA has approved.
- Preparing relevant documents and review forms to support in-house activities and between relevant agencies.
- Coordinating activities within the company or with external organizations such as marketing agencies.
- Supporting and coordinating the marketing team according to the campaign.
- Being responsible for documentation and other coordination as assigned.
- Coordinating all commercial administrative operations which fully comply with the pharmaceutical company's standards of ethics & business integrity. Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical company's code of conduct is required.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in an international pharmaceutical company.
- Experience with event planning is an advantage.
- An excellent ability to perform in a cross-cultural, cross-functional team and interdependent environment.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Well-organized and self-motivated.
- Result oriented.
- An eye for detail with the ability to retain a broad overview.
- Flexible, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
