Responsible on Unit Linked training strategy to ensure that Unit linked achieved business goals. In addition, this position have to handle Unit Linked training and development to meet business needs.

1) Unit Linked training strategy
- Ensure strategic alignment of the Department with business goals to deliver Unit-linked performance, numbers of IC agent and activation
- Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
- Participate in Product development, Fund management and related internal and external process to ensure professional selling behavior based on customer need analysis and comply with OIC and SEC regulations and guideline

2) Unit Linked Training and Development
- Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs
- Optimize training processes for efficiency
- Select and manage resources, including work with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training

3) Unit Linked development
- Participate in Project and special assignment related to Product innovation e.g. Digital tool development and Learning Manage System, and any others
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training

4) Unit Linked Advisor
- Provide advice and resolve obstacle of selling process since sales preparation, understanding of funds, expected customer objection, underwriting guideline, OIC & SEC requirements and align with company tools both Digital tools and any others
- Assist and guide Agents (All levels) to understand and able to sell Corporate policy with updated regulations and guidelines, also develop the appropriate financial plan to close deal
- Work with Channel Head and related functions to gather information to analyse the competitiveness of the existing and/or new products.

5) Unit Linked Activation
- Arrange activities for motivation and education of those IC and prospects to be working as Financial Advisor and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of those activities with allocated budget to manage.
- Initiate and manage regional campaign with professional execution to ensure the quality and successful of campaign rolled out in the region under supervision
- Ensure sales volume and profit of the product with code of conduct manner by working in field for recruiting professional IC agents and training them to be able to sell Unit-linked

**Qualifications;**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or other related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, sales training and Development, or other related fields in the banking or insurance industries
