**Job Descriptions**
- Leading and monitoring the regional E-Commerce and D2C business strategy in Thailand across Southeast Asia and India.
- Being responsible for the e-commerce process of group and P&L.
- Leading and managing team and working closely with functional relationships across other departments.
- Leading and monitoring strategic business projects in support of customer acquisition, market expansion, and company roadmap new product launch.
- Driving, planning, and implementing the new marketing e-commerce strategy and monitoring projects are delivered
- Owning the growing e-commerce and D2C metrics associated with the portfolio of e-sports teams.
- Understanding the strategy to ensure each team becomes a local market leader.
- Understanding the e-sport / event / web3.0 strategy.
- Negotiating and handling good relationships with third-party retailers such as Lazada, Shopee, or Tokopedia.
- Managing and driving customer data management to support Ampverse group marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Finance.
- Thai or Expat are welcome.
- 5-7 years of experience in managing marketing, partnerships, e-commerce, D2C, and performance media.
- Understanding the business development and strong knowledge of project management strategy
- Excellent communication and negotiation with senior management, executive engagement, and global.
- Experience in SEO + Content, Performance Marketing including social media, marketplace, paid display, SEM, etc.
- Understand digital performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, etc.
- Experience in digital omnichannel management and business development via digital marketing and various media channels.
- Self-driven and work under pressure.
