As an Ads Optimization Assistant Manager** **of LINE SHOPPING, you will have to execute digital campaign from the start until the end of the process. This include developing plans, setting up campaigns, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Create media plans as required by the internal team, utilizing up-to-date performance metrics and data
- Develop media strategies with the team and partners
- Do research and give professional recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Set up campaign, monitor and optimize campaign to hit targets, which include traffic, order, and GMV
- Collect data and analyze trends and insights to create media reports

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, media planning, or ads optimization
- Experience optimizing or purchasing LINE Ads
- Hands-on experience with all digital platforms, including Google, Facebook, YouTube, LINE, Twitter, Linkedin,
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with query databases and other automation report data
- Experience in ads optimization in e-commerce business
