**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supports proposal preparation after proposal number assignment until handover and archiving
- Monitors the preparation status of all proposals and supervises the Proposal Secretary as necessary
- Assumes the Proposal Secretary’s role on specific proposals
- Maintains, updates and regularly issues the proposal submission calendar
- Ensures the completion of proposal preparation and ensures the submission in time
- Monitors Proposal Secretary performance and provides guidance for improvement
- Maintains proposal folders
- Prepares, updates and implements necessary procedures
- Refer to Roles and Responsibilities of Proposal Secretary for assigned proposals

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- High Vocational Certificate as minimum
- Preferably minimum 4 years working in proposal secretarial duties in Oil and Gas or Industry business and minimum 1 years in TET Tendering Department
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software e.g. Words, Excel, Access and Power Point
- Possesses good typing skill
- Maintains confidentiality of Company and Proposal Information
- Ability to filter information and assess priorities
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise
- Self-motivated, hard-working, full service mind and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with multi-tasking activities
- Good in spoken and written English
- Attention to details and deadlines
- Skill in planning and executing activities
- Obtains interpersonal and communication skills
