**About the Team**

Marketing is responsible for the reputation, brand, and community that BNB Chain is creating to nurture and grow the BNB Chain ecosystem. Tasked with the creation and management of BNB Chain’s marketing and communications efforts, the team oversees everything from community management to branding and content creation.

In this role you will:

- Be responsible for managing and growing the BNB Chain community on official channels such as Discord and Telegram, while identifying other platforms for community engagement
- Moderate a developer community on Telegram / Discord and run multiple streaming events that drive discussions on web3 topics like app dev, DeFi, NFTs, etc.
- Organize online and offline events and meet-ups in your region.
- Collaborate with teams to schedule events, announcements, and channels
- Create, translate, and proofread content that will serve the local community and users well for BNB Chain, focusing on the local market.
- Setup close partnerships with the regional Developer Communities, Universities, Blockchains associations, KOLs, and other web2 and web3 audiences.
- Lead and grow a team of moderators to ensure leadership voices are coming from inside our different communities
- Develop and grow a local ambassador community
- Foster a strong relationship with highly engaged Telegram & Discord users and encourage experimentation with BNB Chain.

**Qualifications**
About you:

- Current undergraduate / graduate student or fresh graduate.
- Strong grasp of web3 and developer landscape.
- Excellent communication and moderation skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
- Experience in community management and events is a plus.
