**LOCATION**: Bangkok, Thailand

**ABOUT THE JUMP FOUNDATION**:
We are a non-profit organization that believes in inspiring, empowering, and engaging youth through collaborative and innovative transformational learning programs.

We offer a series of leadership activities for international and university students, including in-school and online programs (JUMP Schools and JUMP Connected) and outdoor adventure programs (JUMP Experiences and JUMP Adventures). We facilitate participants to develop personal, community, and inter-community leadership skills.

To help realize our vision of making transformational learning accessible to all, we allocate a proportion of our annual revenue to support experiential youth-focused development projects around the world.

**ROLLING RECRUITMENT**:

**WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE**:

- Support marketing communications team in developing social media campaigns and creating consistent, meaningful content that resonates with target audiences
- Monitor and respond to the organization’s social media accounts
- Coordinate with programs teams to prepare End Program Reports and Program Communications materials
- Assist in market research and customer surveys
- Assist in the maintenance and upgrades of JUMP Websites
- Assist in identifying and contacting potential freelancers for marketing-related projects/programs
- Other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Communications Manager

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related field of study (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven
- Able to work with a team/independently where needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
- Proficiency in Canva and Google Suite

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Understand social media metrics and being able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with web page design and publishing

**JUMP Connected**:
World-class innovative virtual educational experiences take place through Zoom and engage students in interactive activities to explore leadership, community connections and Global Citizenship in a virtual environment.

**JUMP Schools**:
High-impact programs which take place on a school campus. JUMP Schools programs are typically 2-5 days in length and explore leadership training, facilitation training, design thinking, and global citizenship education.

**JUMP Experiences**:
Off-campus programs take students out of the classroom and into the field. Programs are typically 1-2 weeks in length and take students out of their comfort zone; be it hiking in the Himalayas, or exploring history and culture in Indonesia.
