**About the Team**:
Beam Thailand is a tight-knit team, backed with the innovative culture & expert knowledge of an APAC company where collaborative work & excellent execution is key. Role Summary
As a Partnership Coordinator, you will be tasked with working closely with the Head of Partnerships to manage existing partners, launch new partnerships, & grow our Beam riders community. This position calls for an individual who thrives in a high-paced environment, excels in strategizing and executing plans, and is dedicated to fostering Beam's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage existing partners with Beam
- Involved in all aspects of ensuring that operations in our partnership areas are running smoothly accordance to agreed terms with the partners
- Ensuring a healthy relationship with our existing partners
- Assist the head of partnerships with securing new partnerships
- Managing & growing the Beam Thailand community through our social media & various marketing channels:
1. Schedule social media posts and monitor relevant contents
2. Track key social media metrics such as engagement, reach

**Requirements**:

- Have a “Can Do” attitude towards challenges, and view them as ways of self-growth

- Ideal to have experience in extracurricular activities in university along with any leadership roles
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Thai
- A rational and logical approach to problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Curious, eager to learn, and consistently striving for self-improvement

Good to have
- Proficiency in Excel, Ms, solid communication & presentation skills
- Experience in marketing and / or sales / partnership management
