About the Role_**

As a **Partnership Marketing Intern**, you will support the development and execution of partnership strategies to enhance KKday’s brand presence and drive user growth through external collaborations. Working closely with the Partnership Marketing Manager in Thailand, you will help identify new opportunities, manage ongoing partnerships, and support campaigns that align with our business goals.

Job Description_**

As a Partnership Marketing Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the team with affiliate management, optimizing campaigns, and working on exciting partnership projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world marketing efforts in a fast-paced, global environment.

**_ What You'll Do:_**
- **Support Affiliate Scouting**: Help find and connect with relevant affiliate channels and (KOLs) in various markets.
- **Campaign Monitoring & Reporting**: Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns. You'll also help organize and document important campaign materials, like screenshots for entitlements.
- **Optimize Affiliate Channels**: Work with the team to improve the performance of affiliate channels and contribute to making data-driven decisions.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Partner with design and marketing teams to help execute campaign pushes and ensure campaign pages are optimized for success.
- **Help with Partnership Projects**:Support the planning and execution of partnership initiatives across regions. You'll contribute to brainstorming and making these projects come to life
- **Manage Affiliates in Regional Markets**: Get hands-on experience managing affiliate relationships, sourcing new partners, and helping grow existing ones.
- **Grow Affiliate Performance**: Assist in maximizing affiliate performance by building strong relationships and optimizing strategies.

**_ What We’re Looking For:_**
- You’re currently studying in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in **Marketing, Business, Tourism**, or something similar.
- Strong Interest in **Partnerships, Brand Collaboration, and Digital Marketing**:

- You’re a quick learner and willing to dive in and get hands-on experience.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and any experience with affiliate platforms is a plus.
- You’re a great communicator and enjoy collaborating with different teams.
- Able to join the program at least 3 months (Can be extended based on performance)
