Assist in the daily operations related to partnership voucher management, ensuring vouchers are correctly set up, tracked, and executed smoothly for various partnership campaigns.
Organize and prepare materials for partnership campaigns to ensure campaigns are well-prepared and executed effectively.
Provide support for partnership-related customer service (CS) cases, resolving issues promptly and effectively in collaboration with the CS team.
Prepare and compile reports on campaign performance, analyzing data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of partnership campaigns, ensuring all operational details are in place for successful execution.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all partnership-related activities, including sponsorship tracking, payment tracking, and voucher performance tracking.

**Requirements**: Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a support or operational role, preferably within marketing or partnerships (internships or relevant part-time roles are also considered).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in voucher management, campaign preparation, and record-keeping.
Good problem-solving skills, able to address partnership-related customer service issues promptly and efficiently.
Basic analytical skills with the capability to compile and interpret data for generating actionable insights and recommendations.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting purposes.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and partners.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative to support the team s objectives and improve processes.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and effectiveness during peak times.
