**Job Description**:
- Responsible of owning the Order Receiving Process, providing insights to future volume forecast and managing a team to provide excellent services to all our customers.
- Responsible for building relationships with Customers, Marketing, Planning and factory stakeholders to work collaboratively, drive service delivery/improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Being the conduit for verifying and challenging customer demand to ensure that the factory is receiving orders that can be efficiently manufactured with the shortest lead time possible.
- Requires strong planning and analytical skills, as well as stakeholder management skills.
- Manage expectations through KPI reporting and working closely within CS & Planning team to deliver key business objectives.
- Ensure the Monthly orders from customers are consolidated to match the factory capacity and received correctly based on the order process.
- Ensure all staffs fully understand, use and promote the company goals, targets, procedures and policies including communication and promoting best practice at all times
- Identify improvement points within Customer Service and Planning areas to support continuously improving the whole Supply Chain areas.
- Ensure the team are fully supporting the company in achieving budgets and targets.
- Ensure that the routine working must be align with ISO and company standard/rules aspect.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the faculty of Business Administration in field of Logistics, Supply Chain.
- 5 year working experiences in field of Customer Service & Planning or Supply Chain.
- Experiences about production planning or Sales order capacity planning, data analyze is preferred.
- Advance-Master Excel skills.
- Production or capacity Planning skills / experience.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Strong client facing and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication level.
