The HR Client Service Officer will report to the HR Client Service Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that the following tasks are carried out:

- Carrying out payroll tasks relating to salary payment, overtime payment, income tax, and year-end tax.
- Being responsible for Health Insurance administration.
- Dealing with the suppliers.
- Registering new staff.
- Extending the existing outsourcing staff’s contracts.
- Being in charge of the administration of the Social Security Fund, Social Welfare, and the Provident Fund (if has).
- Issuing employment contracts to all new staff and renewing contracts of existing staff.
- Controlling the staff in / staff out database.
- Performing staff orientation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Having experience of at least 1 year in payroll. Experience in an international company would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Good English communication skills.
- Active and willing to learn.
- Pleasant personality and possess a customer service mind.
