- Analyse service information from customers and develop service activity program to create long life time service.
- Create customized service promotion to regain out of service system customer to back for service.
- Create and develop service activity in order to generate revenue from service and increase customer loyalty.
- Plan service strategy for Authorize Dearler and monitoring service result to achieve target.
- Communicate service activity to Customers, Authorized Dearler, Siam Kubota Service Center and other departments.
- Take responsibility for service data collection, identify valuable data sources and analysis.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant fields
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor's Degree and 3.30 for Master's Degree
- Good in English communication (TOEIC Score up to 550)
- Be able to use business intelligence tools (such as Tableau), would be advantage
- Be able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate and upcountry
