Customer Service Partner

The Customer Service Partner will help us in performing the day-to-day for customer service operation ranging from order fulfillment, customer inquiry, and customer complaint regarding product delivery, etc. to ensure that the services meet with customers satisfactions; by possessing number of years of experience in customer service function of B2B and B2C service environment ; targeting to the world class manufacturing. Why we need you?
Your diploma or degree in any field as well as your years of relevant experience will help us in handling customer inquiry including order fulfillment and ensure that products have been delivered timely and properly as well as performing jobs professionally according to the defined standard or working procedures.
Your fair command in English both spoken and written, and good computer literacy will help in liaising with other concerned parties and work to leverage the collective resources of the function to optimize customer satisfaction and value to the company.
Your good communication, problem solving, collaborating skills will be helpful in maintaining positive relationships and contacts with customers, salespersons, supply chain and ensure that there is no impact to business operation.
You will help us in solving all routine problems and notify the Customer Service Supervisor / Manager about those issues. What are our core values?
