Customer Service Manager

- ** Job Description**:

- Team leadership. Manage, Coach and lead a team of customer service
- Continuous Improvement by developing internal processes to ensure the CS Department is operating in the most effective and efficient manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Oversees customer issues to ensure effective and long term resolution of problems
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and highlight risks of each month’s shipment commitments
- Supports initiatives to meet each period’s finished goods inventory commitments
- Drive Finished Goods inventory reduction
- Review customer VMI contracts/inventory and optimize inventory turns
- Work with Customers on 6 months Sales Rolling Forecast
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure customers are provided with timely and accurate information on order status and /or changes
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Proven experience as Customer Service Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Relevant order management, customer service, project management experience in a manufacturing industry
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Experience chairing and facilitating cross functional meetings.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure, drives for result, customer focused, detailed oriented, interpersonal savvy
- Thinks systematically and organizes tasks to work efficiently and effectively
- ERP knowledge and proficiency (eg. SAP)
