**About Us**: Worknetics Global is a growing organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the EOR industry. As a key part of our operations, we are focused on maintaining strong financial and payroll management practices. We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting and Payroll Specialist to join our remote team in Bangkok, Thailand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Operations**:

- Handle full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and balance sheets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- **Payroll Management**:

- Administer and process payroll for all employees in compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement, including tax withholdings, deductions, and employee benefits.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure the accuracy of timekeeping systems.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll-related inquiries.
- Stay updated on changes to tax laws and payroll regulations in Thailand and implement necessary adjustments.
- **Tax Compliance and Reporting**:

- Manage tax filings, VAT, and other statutory requirements in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes and employee tax obligations.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and other regulatory filings as needed.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Review and improve accounting and payroll processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices in payroll management and accounting operations.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting and payroll, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulations in Thailand.
- Proficiency with accounting and payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or other similar tools).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with international teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with multi-country payroll or international accounting is a plus.
- Certification in accounting or payroll management is a plus (e.g., CPA, CPP).
