Papa In Shape is the fastest-growing company in the online weight loss sector over the last two years.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for the financial and accounting management of the business. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial data.

Your resposabilities will be:
**Bookkeeping**
- handle full set of accounts
- keep database for all accounting & related documents
- prepare monthly management/financial report including profit & loss statement and balance sheet
- prepare weekly/monthly cash-flow
- prepare ad-hoc accounting/analysis reports
- coordinate with auditor for yearly auditing and taxation
- prepare sales invoices
- follow up payments with customers

**Compliance**
- answer bank compliance questions and supply invoices/agreements after supervisor's approval/instructions
- inform the supervisor for any payment to new beneficiary for compliance purpose
- maintain relationship with financial institutions

**Payments**
- prepare payments for supervisor's approval
- handle claims from clients & suppliers for any payment issue

**Staff**
- Staff enrolment / leave with and insurances
- Monthly payroll
- Monthly reporting
- Employer's return yearly reporting

**Skills required**:

- Strong experience in accounting and finance
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting and financial auditing
- Mastery of tax and regulatory rules
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve financial problems
