**Key Responsibilities | หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job descriptions

ร่วมมือกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการในการจ้างงานและจัดทำรายละเอียดตำแหน่งงาน

สรรหาผู้สมัครจากช่องทางออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ (เช่น เว็บไซต์สมัครงาน โซเชียลมีเดีย งานแฟร์ การแนะนำจากพนักงาน)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

คัดกรองเรซูเม่และสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้นผู้สมัคร
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams

ประสานงานจัดตารางสัมภาษณ์กับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประเมินทักษะ ประสบการณ์ และความเหมาะสมด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของผู้สมัคร
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

สร้างและรักษาฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครที่มีคุณภาพ
- Promote employer branding to attract top talent

ส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์นายจ้างเพื่อดึงดูดผู้สมัครที่มีศักยภาพ
- Provide regular reports and insights to HR and management

จัดทำรายงานและให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกแก่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและฝ่ายบริหารอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

**Requirements | คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

มีประสบการณ์ในการสรรหาบุคลากรอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and recruitment practices

มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงานไทยและแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านการสรรหา
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work under tight timelines

สามารถจัดการตำแหน่งงานหลายรายการและทำงานภายใต้เวลาที่จำกัดได้

Pay: ฿28,000.00 - ฿30,000.00 per month
