Head of E-commerce

Develop and execute the overall E-commerce and Omnichannel strategy to drive growth across multiple online and offline touchpoints.
Drive revenue & sales Growth, leading efforts to achieve and exceed sales targets across digital and physical sales channels.
Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms and integrate digital solutions with offline retail operations.
Customer experience & journey optimization enhancing customer engagement by ensuring a seamless experience across e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, and digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention through digital campaigns, social media, and loyalty programs.
Data Insights utilizing data analytics tools to track KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and optimize strategies for revenue growth.
Work closely with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure efficient order fulfillment across channels.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing e-commerce and omnichannel team.
Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce and omnichannel operations, ensuring cost efficiency and maximized ROI.
Bachelor's or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
More than 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce, omnichannel strategies, or digital transformation, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, Marketplace and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Proven track record of driving e-commerce and omnichannel growth.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Understanding of consumer behavior, digital merchandising, and UX/UI best practices.
Experience in integrating online and offline retail strategies.
Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
