The LINE E-Commerce team creates new, differentiated services with the vision of democratizing entrepreneurship and bringing competition back into the Thai market by empowering independent sellers to be able to build a business and compete by accessing LINE's social graph and commerce technologies to build their own Direct-to-Consumer channel and fanbase to create long-term repeatable and referrable sales without relying on traffic from giant consolidated platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Product Lead to take the next step in our growing organization by taking on the challenge of pioneering the next phase of social commerce in Thailand and the world by building on and strengthening the current foundational blocks of the business and service and also leading the team ourselves to its next stage of growth.

You are right for this role if you have experience leading product teams, working cross-functionally in large organizations and their user-accountability processes, have shown ability to solve users’ unrealized problems, are comfortable working with data and statistics, are an effective communicator, and understand how services achieve value and sustainability through building a business, or have held a P&L in the past.

**Responsibilities**

  • Define and take accountability for product performance indexes in alignment with the LINE E-Commerce service strategy and directions
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, product design, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, finance etc. to align cross-functional operations and execution to create market-leading results
  • Develop, train, advise, and review internal talents to foster
  • Manage and communicate plans and performance results with strategy team and direct reports, as well as senior leaders when occasionally needed
  • Communicate product vision and demonstrate product leadership internally across all organizations

**Qualifications**

  • 6+ years of experience in Martech for Commerce, E-commerce, Social Commerce, Social Media, or related fields such as Retail, CRM for Commerce, etc.
  • 6+ years of experience working in software development processes
  • 3+ years of experience working in a dynamic market and environment based on consumer behaviors, competition, or product discovery
  • 3+ years of experience being a lead or manager of teams or senior management
  • Experience innovating new products or features based on assumptions of user needs or value chain, sometimes uncovering new usage patterns or unrealized needs
  • Experience working in a large corporation with multiple teams, business units, and user accountability processes
  • Be a self-starter and self-manager while still having high accountability for results
  • Cross-discipline knowledge in technical, design, and product-related areas
  • Knowledge in research, analytics, and customer and product development methodologies
  • Experience aligning product metrics with business KPIs and understanding that products are core part of tech business (Understanding of business P&L is a plus.)
  • Courage and curiosity in working and personal life
