**You will be part of our accounting and finance department** and together with your teammates you will help the company to improve finance operations and reporting. We are looking specifically for someone to master our billing and account receivable processes, which require a good understanding of our business logic and good coordination with other departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the billing and collection team in our Thai office, being part of the finance team.
- Ensure the preparation of billing calculation for trade reimbursements, marketing activities and commission fees for our clients in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Assist your team to understand the business logic behind the bills that are going to build the company revenue and gross margin.
- Ensure that our bills are approved by clients, submitted in the proper way, and follow up clients’ requests with problem solving attitude.
- Improve billing processes and automation with your team and coordinating with other company functions, in particular technology, commercial and business development.
- Explore the functionalities of our company ERP to improve the management of account receivable.
- Ensure proper account receivable recording and reporting for management and financial closing.
- Follow up delayed payments by clients and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Prioritization of tasks and projects together with senior finance team.

**Qualifications**:

- Logical, analytical, data driven mindset and detail oriented.
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and fast changing environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, proactiveness in exploring the functionalities
- of our ERP systems and attitude to innovate.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Teamworking, problem solving and critical thinking.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or online marketing firms is a plus.
