Support the Head of Training in the implementation of the Global / Market specific training initiatives.
Coaching & Training
- Organize, manager, deliver and record timely ILT trainings on brand, product, service & sales, clientelling, styling, specialist skills, soft skills and Management development for Retail, B2B & Client Services B2C.
- Lead a culture of coaching by observing interactions with customers to draw out solutions, improvements and development opportunities. Leveraging role paly & coaching to enhance performance.
- Support manager to build individual coaching plans after performance analysis for each team member on service, relationship building and sales skills.
- Leverage Voice of Customer & Service Audit results to coach individuals & teams to improve B2C service & sales.
- Track and manage quality and impact of all trainings and provide regular follow up to sustain and embed the learning
- Create an engaging, results driven and experiential learning to ensure a high quality, inspiring and innovate learning experience
Onboarding
- Oversee a consistent Onboarding for all new starters. Liaise with Managers & Instore Coaches to ensure a proactive plan for the new employee.
General
- Work cross functionally & in partnership with the District Manager / Area Manager to organize and deliver trainings, share feedback and high light potential future talent.
- Be a brand advocate and role model, demonstrating with active passion and enthusiasm sharing experiences / best practice.
- Respect and positively demonstrate the brand standards in terms of attitudes, behaviors and grooming.
- Ensures implementation of all Swarovski policies, procedures and operational processes.
- Demonstrate learning agility and growth mindset.
- Additional responsibilities based on level of experience

**Requirements**:
- Experienced Head of Training working in a multi-cultural luxury environment with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Experienced with a strong passion for attainable luxury, fashion/hospitality/cosmetics/lifestyle brands.
- Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills
- Passion for people development and learning with the ability to instruct others.
- Customer focused, with a passion for customer service excellence.
- A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationships and with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Animated and inspiring presentation / facilitation skills.
- Commercially savvy and business driven, with a strong focus on results.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- Digital proficient.
- Fluent English skills is essential.
