Based on our own long-standing experience in corporate finance, we combine the perspectives of both lenders and borrowers. Coupled with our distinctive digitalization expertise, we develop products that accelerate the possibilities of corporate financing.

We are active in both purchase financing and factoring/ reverse factoring. We provide SMEs with immediate payment on delivery or purchasing while bridging the time until the agreed or extended payment term. We do so with affordable, simple, and straightforward financing via our digital platforms.

To date, we have financed more than 7,300 commercial transactions, count more than 440 SMEs in Europe among our customers and are supplied by more than 900 suppliers from 45 countries. We are based in Germany, the Netherlands as well as in Thailand and are now expanding to additional markets in SEA.

Tasks

**Your mission**: Built up and lead our local IT-activities by forming appropriate teams to serve Southeast-Asia. Later, integrate into our management team as our CTO SEA and lead our ambition to become a key player in the region to serve SMEs (trade) financing needs worldwide.

This includes
- Responsibility for structuring and leading an initial IT-Team in Bangkok (on-site)
- Merge and integrate our Purchase Financing Platform (Ruby on Rails) and our Vendor Financing Platform (.NET/ C#) into one single Trade Finance Platforms using.NET as our main tech stack
- Advancing our ambitions to introduce payment-based lending in the wake of the new PSD2 regulations (or local Open Banking equivalents) in Southeast Asia
- Further development of our trade finance platform around track & trace as well as in AI-based decisions of credit exposures
- Connection of our financing solutions to banks as well as integration into third-party systems (logistics, eCommerce) via suitable APIs
- Representation of entrafin in Thailand - and in the future throughout SEA - at relevant fintech and finance-related events

**Requirements**:

- 15+ years of professional experience, ideally in the Fintech environment or the banking industry
- Strong technology skills in the area of.NET (C#) and experience in AI-based processes and/or API integration is a strong plus
- Strong implementation and leadership experience
- Strong Knowledge in DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure with Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience to structure, build and lead IT-Teams and to achieve agreed KPIs
- Desire to build and lead a fintech, interest in problem solving and taking responsibility
- Good English language skills, both oral and written (good ability to communicate with an international team)
