We are looking for a Customs to join our DHL Global Forwarding team

**Position**:**Implant Customs Operations Support Clerk**

(Based at NXP, Customer’s site - Laksi)

**Key Responsibilities/ Challenges**:

- Managing filing of customs entries.
- Supporting data capturing activities and conducting pre-alert screenings of paperwork.
- Evaluating and monitoring performance KPIs, updating shipment information and physical status.
- Handling and maintaining customer part lists.
- Supporting/maintaining operational systems.
- To execute back-office duties (e.g., scanning, filing, reporting).

**Selection Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Freight or Logistics.
- Good knowledge of customs requirements.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Good computer skill; MS Office.
- Can-Do attitude.
- Can work well under pressure.
