Job title: Lotus's Implant

Work Location: Lotus's Head office (Hybrid)

Main accountabilities:

- Managing demand forecasting and data analysis
- Utilize data provided by customer to perform data analysis
- Spot-out issues and propose for actions e.g. adjusting baseline for normal SKU) - by BU and format
- Manage availability at store (reduce OOS) - perform data analysis to understand root cause (e.g. from UTT shortage/ High-offtake).
- Take action to suggest new pipeline with safety stock at store (within DOH target).
- Spot out abnormal stock at store and escalate to push offtake
- Arrange Joint Demand Forecast meeting with customer (JDF)
- Information Centrix to shorting communication lead-time (responsiveness)
- Single contact point to provide immediate information of stock availability/ status and product transition for all BUs.
- Making decision on getting stock, which might need to negotiate internally and respond to Lotus’s quickly
- Proactive action
- Flag risks for critical SKUs to come up with alternative solution to serve customers.
- Promotion Management
- Commit promotion volume through agreed reservation process. Tracking reserve plan VS actual stock take.
- Spot out the stock issue vs upcoming promo plan and escalate for immediate action
- Manage OTIF
- Escalate issue and call off for cross functional (Squad) team meeting to solve service level issue (OTIF)
- Master Data
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure master data issue fix promptly.
- Keep line manager and account leader inform

- Customer (Lotus’s SC & Lotus’s buyer)

Relevant experience required:
ESSENTIAL
- At least 3 to 5 yrs experience in Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills and Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and understanding of end to end supply chain operations
- Proficiency in English
