Supply Planning Supervisor (Contract)

Job Objectives
- To be responsible for product group logistics operations with objectives to meet our company vision and Supply Chain Management objectives while maintaining the optimum logistics cost
- To achieve customer service level (CCFOT) as agreed and measured by KPI. To control inventory level as agreed level
- To meet agreed plan for launch/relaunch and promotional activities
- To meet superior supply chain vision by implementing initiatives like planning processing tools SAP APO, Inventory Planning Model (IPM), ECR, KPI improvement, other company projects. To control and monitoring Business waste & write offs Main duties and responsibilities
- To support the management of the overall Supply Chain operations for product group
- To work jointly with Brand Building (BB) & Brand Development (BD) to deliver NPD On-time with Quality in Full also manage execution excellently
- To work jointly with Trade Marketing and Sales to evaluate and influence proper sales for forecasting which influence the effective Supply Chain Management i.e. material requirement planning, production planning, and customer service level
- To monitor and control inventory levels of materials and finished goods to meet the agreed customer service level
- To develop, establish and implement the effective logistics procedure, monitoring, fault finding and reporting system to prompt corrective actions by all concerns.
- To co-ordinate with Sourcing Unit Logistic in weekly and long-term plan to meet the agreed customer service level
- To find area of improvement and flexibility into the logistics system. Avoid waste and add value
- To participate, co-ordinate and prepare Network for product launch, relaunch, and promotional activities
- To monitor, control and advise all concerns on the progress of product launch, re-launch, and promotional activities
- To co-ordinate with third party manufacturers & Sourcing Unit on weekly and long term delivery plan
- To monitor and jointly develop packaging with suppliers to ensure packaging material availability
- To jointly work with Supplier development, Technical and Supply Management to improve Supplier’s quality
- To advice concerned management on current and foresee able situations with regards to supply difficulties, stock availability, production capacity and distribution
- To propose the disposal of obsolete materials, goods, and damaged stocks
- To keep updated on company’s policy and relevant strategic and operation plan
- To maintain good working relationship with all concerned departments
- To complete the ad-hoc assignments given by superior

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Preferably in Science, Engineer)
- Planning and analytical skills
- Energetic, responsive, and flexible
- 0-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain field
