Job Title: Export Planning Supervisor

Work Level: 1B

Key Responsibilities:

- Join the NPD meeting and action on export activities as agreed timeline in the network also keep updating WL1 on the progress
- End to end operation since receive demand from customers, discuss with End-to-End planner on the production until supply confirmation and deliver to customers
- Connect with Logistics team for shipment and documents preparation as per requested by import countries
- Day to day operation with issue solving and keep WL1 updating if there’s any implication
- Checking stock situation to minimize write off and ensure have enough stock to cover transition period
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
- Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
- Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
- Monitors progress to achieve month end targets both inventory and ICDOT
- Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
- All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager
- Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent-
- At least 2-3 years of experience in export process-
- Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment-
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills-
- Flexible / Adaptive to changes-
- Meticulous to details
