- Lead and improve Demand & Supply to support business goal
- Manage operations planning, material supply management, life cycle product management, capacity planning, supply & scheduling reporting
- Drive the demand and supply planning process to support and ensure that operation level the demand & supply planning team is aligned with the priorities and activities of the business and other functions
- Alert for PR/PO and follow up shipment with procurement team and suppliers from various markets to ensure right stock level
- Maintain an optimal inventory level and minimize risk of out-of-stock situation to ensure issues and problems can be identified promptly and solved timely
- Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency (Capacity versus Demand analysis)
- Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders to review risk, to close operational gaps, proposed orders, and other operational issues
- Supply Planning: Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirement to satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints
- Manage supply of new product launch to ensure the availability according to the new product launch time, include product transition scenario and executed in high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with merchandising and planning stakeholders
- Determine key issue with volume variance that may impact supply, highlight to MPS Planner by - challenging exiting Logistic and Supply planning process and tools-implementing improvements to deliver tangible benefits e.g. timesaving, increased efficiencies, etc. Monitoring requirement evaluation.
- Analyze and effectively communicate relevant information - highlighting all supply issues. Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related tradeoffs-Ensuring actions and supply plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with Business Planning Process.
- Challenge manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle times and R&P inventory levels to drive optimum FG inventory level. Also, to challenge and support Demand Planner (domestic and IMS) to improve Demand Planning Accuracy.
- Proactively raise or alert commercial for the potential slow moving and obsolete items including driving commercial on slow moving and absolute items clearance Identify and develop new ideas & lead projects that improve demand & inventory processes.
- Assist in supply chain projects and transition to deliver business goals while minimizing disruptions.
- Build and maintain collaboration with market (following demand trends and seasonal variations) combined with excellent customer service (Variety of countries and cultures).
- Understand end-to-end supply chains from plants to customers to manage seamless supply network with muti-function teams.
- Bring together plans for the business (Sales & Marketing, New Products, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Financial) into integrated a set of plans to be presented and analyzed within the S&OP process, reviewing and challenging assumptions, risks and opportunities.

- Have strong experience in Supply Planning (2-5 years in Supply Chain).
- Strong leadership skills; can assert direction setting and interventions from remote locations when required.
- Strong analytical skills; can engage in technical tools when required as-well as structure complex and considerable amount of data to create usable information.
- Strong collaboration skills; Can easily navigate between organization levels; work productively with junior Demand Planners, Supply Chain leaders abd Global VP alike.
- Communication - Effective verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills. Can communicate with people from multiple organizations at multiple levels, and can provide strategic/tactical guidance in a collaborative, consultative, and positive manner.
