**Job Purpose**
To be responsible for Home Care supply planning operations with objectives to meet our company vision and Supply Chain Management objectives while maintaining the optimum supply chain cost & cash.
1) To achieve customer service level (Dispatch Rate) as agreed and measured by KPI.
2) To control and monitor inventory level as agreed level.
3) To meet superior supply chain vision by implementing initiatives like planning processing tools Kinaxis (RR), and other continuous improvement projects.
4) To control and monitoring Business waste & write offs.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To support the management of the overall Supply Chain operations for Home Care group.
- Weekly FG planning in Kinaxis to ensure having stock available to serve customers
- Leading Relaunch/ promotion transition management with cross functional team
- To work jointly with CSP and CBD to evaluate and influence proper sales for forecasting which influence the effective Supply Chain Management i.e. material requirement planning, production planning, and customer service level.
- To monitor and control inventory levels of materials and finished goods to meet the agreed customer service level.
- To develop, establish and implement the effective logistics procedure, monitoring, fault finding and reporting system to prompt corrective actions by all concerns.
- To co-ordinate with Sourcing Unit, Co-packer, and third party manufacturers on weekly and long term plan to meet the agreed customer service level.
- To find area of improvement and flexibility into the logistics system. Avoid waste and add value.
- To participate, co-ordinate and prepare Promotional Network and promotional activities.
- To monitor, control and advise all concerns on the progress of product launch, relaunch and promotional activities.
- To work jointly with production and warehouse management to plan of their capacity requirement for the agreed operation.
- To advise concerned management on current and foreseeable situations with regards to supply difficulties, stock availability, production capacity and distribution.
- To create proposal document for the disposal of obsolete materials, goods and damaged stocks.
- To work jointly with Export department in order to meet Export sales requirement.
- To keep updated on company’s policy and relevant strategic and operation plan.
- To maintain good working relationship with all concerned departments.
- To train and develop subordinates and to communicate with them on matter related to company policies and directions affecting their responsibilities and performances.
- To lead packaging development with suppliers for Promotion and coordinate with cross function team (MKT, R&D, SC) to ensure packing development activities are according to agreed network
- Master data creation and readiness to support NPD, Promotion, Re-launch

**Experience & Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain or related fields.
- Work experience in production planning and supply planning.
- Good quantification and analytical skills in a dynamic environment require the ability to be flexible and work in “gray” areas.
- Good Planning and Analytical Skill.
- Strong growth mindset and team spirit, proactive approach to issues and opportunities.
