- Office WeWork Spring Tower, Ratchathewi. Location phased, sometimes based in the office 30-40%, sometimes in the Factory 60-70% (more at the beginning, and during machine setup)
- Factory Bang Phli, Samut Prakan

**Salary range**:65,000-90,000 THB

**Position Summary**

The Factory / Supply Chain Supervisor looks after the fulfilment of all Gogoprint orders, which covers our internal production operations, outsourced production with printing partners, and logistics / delivery. The supervisor is responsible for meeting customer satisfaction and on-time delivery targets, and for helping achieve company goals such as price leadership, stable profit margins and fast delivery leadtimes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervision of **Gogoprint’s internal production processes**
- Monitoring & optimization of key processes, focused on resilience and scalability:

- Production planning and day-to-day job coordination
- Work schedules & shifts for production team
- Inventory management & purchasing
- Manpower planning and management
- Manage the factory team (10-12ppl, to grow), incl. Monthly incentive, OT management, etc.
- Top-level **coordination with external production and logistics partners**
- Long-term relationship management
- Negotiate pricing, lead times and quality standards / SLAs
- Expand Gogoprint’s supplier base, with a focus on scalability and launch of new products (in collaboration with marketing, sales and customer service)
- Coordinate production and logistics-related inquiries between Gogoprint’s customer-facing teams (customer service and sales), Gogoprint’s internal production team, and external partners:

- Coordinate jobs, both internal and external
- Ensure realistic production schedules and pro-actively find solutions for delays
- Help resolve customer complaints in an efficient manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction, while at the same time considering company’s interests and processes
- Help launch new products, reduce prices, speed up leadtimes, etc.
- Report on key supply chain KPIs and performance (incl. profitability, complaints & resolution, on-time delivery, productivity etc.) as a whole and on an individual supplier-level. Initiate action where needed
- Work on ad-hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant factory / warehouse / operations / supply chain position
- Experience within the printing industry or related is a benefit
- Attitude: Independent, driven, KPI-oriented & detail-oriented
- Other: Working proficiency in English
