Senior HRBP for Consumer BU, manage end to end HR process with the qualification required as follows.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
27 - 32 years old with at least 3 years experienced in HRBP & Talent Acquisition Partner.
Passionate for getting the best talent in the organisation.
Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving, negotiation and data analytical skills.
Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment and result oriented mindset.
Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced demanding, change management and a challenging environment.
Good team work and can do attitude.
Proactive, creative, able to multi-task and work independently with mínimal direction.
Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to effectively influence and communicate at all levels of the organization and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
Having business acumen mindset and ability to participate in strategic business discussions with executives.
Possess analytical, strategic, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive tangible results.
Has the ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines and be flexible in adapting to changing requirements.
Good command of English and strong skill in MS Excel.
