**Major Responsibilities**:
- Develop Company Scholarship Program by benchmarking the practices with top companies to formulate best practice for GC
- Set up leadership academy and design leadership development framework by ensuring GC leader capability be able to drive business successfully and stand out in global stage
- Develop and execute talent and succession system, process, and development framework to ensure readiness and SentiStrength of talent and successor pool to serve current and future business need
- Provide consultation to HRBP and ensure the talent and succession process, individual career development plan and leadership development are well addressed and executed according to GC guideline
**Qualification**:
- Master’s degree in human resource development/ leadership development or related field
- More than 5 years of working experience in Human Resource Development or related area
- Past working experience in consulting firm/ multiple MNCs as a plus
- Fluent in both written and speaking in English
- Network in Learning and Development institute both local and international
- Self-motivated with can-do attitude
- Team-player who can also work independently
- Excellent in communication skill
